Shipping Policy

Obsidian Rose Collective currently ships within the United States.

Flat-rate shipping is $10 per order.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, tracking information will be provided using the email address associated with your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Obsidian Rose Collective is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Obsidian Rose Collective is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. We are always happy to assist with any information we have available.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the situation.

Please note that many of our pieces are handmade, vintage, natural-stone, Native-made, or one-of-a-kind. Natural variations in turquoise, gemstones, leather, cowhide, sterling silver, and other materials are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.
